Here at Socketsandswitches.com we normally process all orders within 6 hours of your order being placed.
If you need to make changes to your order you must notify us of any changes before the order is processed and we will be happy to amend it for you. You must email specific instructions to [email protected] together with the order number and clear instructions of the amendments you require. Please include a contact telephone number.
Processed orders cannot be changed as they will have been dispatched. All of our items are hand assembled to order. Please refer to our Returns policy.
Subsequent & Additional orders
Orders placed at different times will be entered into our system as new orders and will incur their own shipping and postal charges.
